Orders are discreetly shipped in plain packages. There is nothing written on the package to indicate it's contents.
We process all orders on a first order placed basis. All orders are normally processed with 24 hours of the order being placed with the exception of holidays and weekends. Occasionally there can be delays in receiving your orders due to delivery delays which are beyond our control. We have been shipping orders for over 5 years and guarantee we will give you the best service. For all carrier deliveries, you will be able to track your order via UPS. ALL UPS orders will require a signature in order to receive the package. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We do not ship out via USPS
All returns (customer returning an entire order), all refusals (customer refusing acceptance of an order being delivered), and all non deliverable items (i.e, 3rd delivery attempt unsuccessful; customer not giving a complete or valid shipping address) are subject to a 35% restocking fee and shipping charges. This means that our cost of shipping AND a 35% restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount of the order. The remaining amount will be issued to the original credit card used during time of purchase. If a check was used, the balance due will be issued in the form of a business check made out to the customer who made the original purchase. This policy is not negotiable.
All online orders placed Monday-Friday will process and ship within 24 to 48 hours. Weekend orders, and holiday orders will be shipped the next business day. A "business day" is Monday through Friday.

If you are shipping to an address different then your billing address, you must select the box labeled "I certify that I am shipping to an address other than my billing address". By not selecting this box, your order may be delayed if you are shipping to an address other than your billing.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
